The KDL Mission
The Kashmiri language is rich in history and culture, yet it remains underrepresented in modern Artificial Intelligence systems. The Kashmiri Data Library (KDL) is a community-driven initiative built strictly on the open-source KLDS v1.0 standard. We are collecting thousands of hours of high-quality, authentic Kashmiri speech to train the next generation of voice assistants, translation models, and accessibility tools.
